Az AweSome Trainer (awesometrainer.net, a továbbiakban: „a Szolgáltatás") egy személyi edzés platform edzőknek és klienseiknek: edzéstervek készítése és követése, edzés- és táplálkozási naplózás, haladás-fotók (check-in) megosztása az edzővel, statisztikák, üzenetküldés, hanghívás és AI-asszisztens. A Szolgáltatás a weboldalon, valamint az Android- és iOS-mobilalkalmazásban (a továbbiakban: „a mobilalkalmazás") érhető el. Ez a tájékoztató azt írja le, hogy a Szolgáltatás milyen személyes adatokat kezel, milyen célból, meddig, kivel osztja meg, és milyen jogaid vannak.

2.Milyen adatokat kezelünk

Fiókadatok: név, e-mail cím, jelszó salted hash formájában, szerep (kliens / edző), és a fiók beállításai.
Edzés- és táplálkozási adatok: az általad rögzített edzéstervek, naplók, célok, mérések, táplálkozási naplók és a kapcsolódó statisztikák.
Bejelentkezési (check-in) fotók: az általad feltöltött állapotfotók, amelyeket az edződdel osztasz meg a haladás követéséhez.
Üzenetek: az edződdel (illetve klienseiddel) folytatott beszélgetések tartalma.
Fotók és csatolmányok: a profilképed, az üzenetekhez csatolt fájlok és a saját ételeidhez feltöltött fotók.
Hanghívások: a hívás résztvevői, időpontja és állapota (pl. fogadott, elutasított). A hívás hangját nem rögzítjük és nem tároljuk.
Online állapot: az utolsó aktivitásod időpontja. Azt, hogy elérhető vagy-e, csak az edződ, illetve a klienseid látják.
AI-asszisztens: az AI-asszisztenssel folytatott beszélgetéseid (lásd 2.2.).
Push értesítések (mobilalkalmazás): az eszközöd push-azonosítója és a platform (Android / iOS), amelyre az értesítést küldjük.
Edzői listázás (csak edzőknek, önkéntes): ha bekapcsolod, a profilképed, a neved és a bemutatkozó szöveged megjelenik a weboldal nyilvános Edző listájában. Bármikor kikapcsolhatod.
Technikai adatok: a szolgáltatás működéséhez szükséges napló- és munkamenet-adatok (pl. bejelentkezési token, IP-cím a hibakereséshez).
Fizetési és számlázási adatok: a megvásárolt csomag, a fizetés összege, időpontja és azonosítója (a bankkártya adatait nem látjuk és nem tároljuk), valamint a számlázáshoz megadott név, cím és — cég esetén — adószám, és az azonnali aktiválásra vonatkozó nyilatkozatod időpontja.

2.1. Mobilalkalmazás: engedélyek és push értesítések

Mikrofon: csak hanghívás közben használjuk.
Kamera és fotók: csak akkor, ha te választod, hogy fotót készítesz vagy csatolsz (pl. check-in, üzenet, profilkép, saját étel).
Értesítések: csak az engedélyeddel. Új üzenetről és bejövő hívásról küldünk push értesítést. Az értesítést a Google Firebase Cloud Messaging szolgáltatás kézbesíti, iOS-en az Apple Push Notification szolgáltatáson keresztül. Az értesítés a küldő nevét és az üzenet elejét tartalmazhatja. Kikapcsolhatod az alkalmazásban (Beállítások → Push értesítések) vagy a telefonod beállításaiban.
A mobilalkalmazásban nem fut a Barion Pixel, és nem használunk látogatottság-mérést.

2.2. AI-asszisztens

Az AI-asszisztens használata önkéntes. Ha írsz neki, az üzenetedet és azokat az adatokat, amelyeket a válaszhoz kiolvas (pl. edzésterveid, naplóid, statisztikáid — csak a saját jogosultságodon belül), egy külső AI-szolgáltatónak továbbítjuk, amely előállítja a választ. A szolgáltatót mi választjuk ki, és időről időre változhat. A szolgáltató az Európai Unión kívül is kezelheti az adatokat (lásd 7.). Az aktuális szolgáltató nevét kérésre megadjuk.

2.3. Hanghívás

A hanghívás titkosítva megy a két eszköz között — közvetlenül, vagy ha a hálózat ezt nem engedi, a saját továbbító szerverünkön (TURN) keresztül. A hívás hangját nem rögzítjük.

3.Google Drive integráció (adatexportálás)

A Szolgáltatás opcionális lehetőséget kínál arra, hogy adataidat a saját Google Drive-odba exportáld. A funkció kizárólag akkor lép működésbe, ha te magad kapcsolod össze a Google-fiókodat és választasz célmappát. Nincs automatikus, háttérben futó szinkronizáció.

3.1. Pontosan milyen Google-adatokhoz férünk hozzá

`openid` `userinfo.email`	A Google-fiókod azonosítója és e-mail címe.	Annak megjelenítése a Beállítások oldalon, hogy melyik Google-fiók van összekapcsolva, hogy ne köss össze véletlenül másikat.

A Drive-od többi tartalmát nem látjuk, nem olvassuk és nem listázzuk. Szélesebb jogosultságot (pl. drive vagy drive.readonly) soha nem kérünk.

3.2. Mi kerül ki a Drive-odba

CSV-exportok: edzéstervek, edzésnapló, célok, statisztikák, check-in válaszok, táplálkozási tervek és naplók, üzenetek — ember által olvasható táblázatokként.
Check-in fotók, a hozzájuk tartozó CSV-sorból hivatkozott fájlnévvel.
Edzői módban ugyanez, kliensenkénti almappákba rendezve, azon kliensek adataira, akikhez aktív edzői kapcsolatod van.

3.3. Hogyan tároljuk és meddig

A Google által adott refresh-token (amely lehetővé teszi az exportálás megismétlését) a szervereinken titkosítva, AES-256-GCM eljárással tárolódik. A tokent soha nem küldjük el a böngészőnek, és nem naplózzuk.
A Google-fiókod e-mail címét a kapcsolat megjelenítéséhez tároljuk.
A Drive-ba kiírt fájlok a te tulajdonodban maradnak; azokat a saját Drive-odban kezeled vagy törlöd. Nálunk másolat nem marad belőlük.
A tárolt Google-adatokat a kapcsolat leválasztásakor töröljük (lásd 3.5.).

3.4. Kivel osztjuk meg

Senkivel. A Google API-któl kapott adatokat nem adjuk el, nem adjuk át harmadik félnek, nem használjuk hirdetésre, nem használjuk fel mesterséges intelligencia modellek tanítására, és munkatárs sem olvassa el őket — kivéve, ha ezt jogszabály írja elő, vagy ha te magad kéred egy konkrét hibajelenség kivizsgálásához.

3.5. Hogyan vonhatod vissza

Az alkalmazáson belül: Beállítások → Google Drive leválasztása. Ekkor a tokent visszavonjuk a Google-nél, és a tárolt rekordot töröljük.
A Google-fiókodból: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
A fiókod törlésekor minden tárolt Google-adat automatikusan megszűnik.

4.Google API Services User Data Policy — Korlátozott felhasználás

Az AweSome Trainer a Google API-któl kapott adatok felhasználása és továbbadása során betartja a Google API Services User Data Policy előírásait, beleértve a Korlátozott felhasználás (Limited Use) követelményeit.

„AweSome Trainer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

5.Az adatkezelés célja és jogalapja

A Szolgáltatás nyújtása (szerződés teljesítése): fiók, edzés-/táplálkozás-követés.
A funkciók működtetése a te kifejezett kérésedre (pl. Google Drive export – hozzájárulás).
Egészségre vonatkozó adatok (pl. testsúly, testméretek, táplálkozás, állapotfotók): a kifejezett hozzájárulásod (GDPR 9. cikk (2) bekezdés a) pont), amelyet az adatok vagy a fiókod törlésével bármikor visszavonhatsz.
Push értesítések és edzői listázás: hozzájárulás, amelyet bármikor visszavonhatsz a kikapcsolással.
Biztonság és üzemeltetés (jogos érdek): visszaélés-megelőzés, hibakeresés.
Fizetés lebonyolítása (szerződés teljesítése) és számla kiállítása (jogi kötelezettség: az általános forgalmi adóról szóló 2007. évi CXXVII. törvény és a számvitelről szóló 2000. évi C. törvény).

6.Adatmegőrzés és -törlés

Az adataidat addig őrizzük, amíg a fiókod aktív. Egyes adatokat ennél korábban, egy általunk beállított időtartam leteltével automatikusan törlünk: így a régi üzeneteket, az üzenetek csatolmányait, a check-in fotókat, az elolvasott értesítéseket és az elküldött edzői közleményeket.

A fiókodat magad is törölheted az alkalmazásban (weben és a mobilalkalmazásban is): Beállítások → Fiók törlése, a jelszavad megadásával. Próbaidő alatt a fiók és az adataid azonnal törlődnek. Ha fizetett időszakod van, a törlést az időszak végére ütemezzük, és addig visszavonhatod. A törlést az info@fit-code.hu címen is kérheted; a kérést indokolatlan késedelem nélkül teljesítjük. A Google Drive-odba exportált fájlok a te tulajdonodban maradnak; azokat a saját Drive-odban tudod kezelni vagy törölni.

A fiók törlése után az e-mail címedből képzett, vissza nem fejthető azonosítót egy általunk beállított ideig megőrizzük, hogy egy újbóli regisztrációnál a próbaidő ott folytatódjon, ahol abbahagytad. Magát az e-mail címet nem őrizzük meg.

A számlát és a hozzá tartozó számlázási adatokat a számviteli törvény szerint 8 évig megőrizzük; ezeket a fiók törlése sem törli.

7.Adatfeldolgozók

Google LLC — a Google Drive exportnál (a drive.file hozzáférés keretében), ha használod; és a mobilalkalmazás push értesítéseinek kézbesítésénél (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Apple Inc. — a push értesítések kézbesítése iOS-en (Apple Push Notification szolgáltatás).
Rackhost Zrt. — a Szolgáltatást kiszolgáló szerver (tárhely) és az e-mailek kiküldése.
AI-szolgáltató — az AI-asszisztens válaszainak előállítása (lásd 2.2.). A szolgáltató változhat; az aktuálisat kérésre megnevezzük.
Barion Payment Zrt. (1117 Budapest, Irinyi József u. 4–20.) — a fizetés lebonyolítása; a bankkártya- és fizetési adatokat a Barion kezeli, önálló adatkezelőként. Tájékoztatója: barion.com.
Billingo Technologies Zrt. — számlázó rendszer; a számla kiállításához megkapja a számlázási adatokat (név, cím, adószám), az e-mail címedet és a vásárlás adatait, és a számlát e-mailben megküldi.

A Google, az Apple és az AI-szolgáltató az Európai Unión kívül (pl. az Egyesült Államokban) is kezelheti az adatokat. Ilyenkor a továbbítás az Európai Bizottság megfelelőségi határozata (pl. EU–USA adatvédelmi keretrendszer) vagy általános szerződési feltételek alapján történik.

8.Barion Pixel (csalásmegelőzés) és sütik

A weboldalon és a böngészőben használt alkalmazásban (a mobilalkalmazásban nem) a Barion Payment Zrt. csalásmegelőzési kódja, a Barion Pixel alapverziója fut. A kód a böngésző és az eszköz technikai adatait, valamint a meglátogatott oldal címét továbbítja a Barion részére, hogy a Barion a bankkártyás fizetéseket csalás szempontjából ellenőrizni tudja. Ezeket az adatokat a Barion önálló adatkezelőként, jogos érdek alapján kezeli, marketing célra nem használja. Tájékoztatója: barion.com.

A Barion Pixel a következő, a működéshez szükséges sütiket helyezi el:

ba_vid, ba_vid.* — látogatóazonosító, élettartam: 1,5 év
ba_sid, ba_sid.* — munkamenet-azonosító, élettartam: 30 perc

Ezek a sütik csalásmegelőzési célt szolgálnak, ezért hozzájárulás nélkül is elhelyezésre kerülnek. Az egyszer használatos hivatkozásokat (jelszó-visszaállítás, e-mail-megerősítés, meghívó) tartalmazó oldalakon a Barion Pixel nem töltődik be.

8.1. Google Analytics

A nyilvános oldalakon, ha a süti-sávon hozzájárulsz, a Google Analytics-el (Google Ireland Ltd.) mérjük a látogatottságot, hogy javítsuk az oldalt. A döntésedet tároló süti 180 napig él. A hozzájárulást bármikor visszavonhatod az oldal alján lévő Süti-beállítások gombbal.

9.Adatbiztonság

A forgalom végponttól végpontig HTTPS-en (TLS) megy.
A hanghívások titkosítva mennek (WebRTC, DTLS-SRTP).
A jelszavakat csak salted hash formájában tároljuk; visszafejteni nem lehet őket.
A Google refresh-tokenek nyugalmi állapotban AES-256-GCM titkosítással tárolódnak.
A naplókban a tokeneket és a jelszavakat maszkoljuk.

10.A te jogaid

A GDPR szerint jogod van a hozzáféréshez, helyesbítéshez, törléshez, az adatkezelés korlátozásához, az adathordozhatósághoz és a tiltakozáshoz. Ezeket az info@fit-code.hu címen gyakorolhatod. Panasszal a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatósághoz (NAIH) fordulhatsz.

11.A tájékoztató változásai

Ha a tájékoztató lényegesen módosul, a fenti „Utolsó frissítés" dátumot frissítjük, és — érdemi változás esetén — az alkalmazáson belül is jelezzük.

AweSome Trainer (awesometrainer.net, the “Service") is a personal-training platform for trainers and their clients: building and following training plans, workout and nutrition logging, sharing progress (check-in) photos with your trainer, statistics, messaging, voice calls and an AI assistant. The Service is available on the website and in the Android and iOS mobile app (the “mobile app"). This policy explains what personal data the Service processes, for what purpose, for how long, who it is shared with, and what rights you have.

2.What data we process

Account data: name, email address, hashed password, role (client / trainer), and account settings.
Training & nutrition data: the workout plans, logs, goals, measurements, nutrition logs and related statistics you record.
Check-in photos: progress photos you upload and share with your trainer to track your progress.
Messages: the content of conversations with your trainer (or clients).
Photos and attachments: your profile picture, files attached to messages and photos uploaded for your custom foods.
Voice calls: the participants, time and status of a call (e.g. answered, declined). We do not record or store the audio of a call.
Online status: the time of your last activity. Whether you are available is visible only to your trainer or your clients.
AI assistant: your conversations with the AI assistant (see 2.2).
Push notifications (mobile app): your device's push identifier and its platform (Android / iOS), to which notifications are sent.
Trainer listing (trainers only, optional): if you switch it on, your profile picture, name and introduction appear in the public Trainer list on the website. You can switch it off at any time.
Technical data: logging and session data needed to operate the Service (e.g. authentication token, IP address for debugging).
Payment and billing data: the package purchased, the amount, time and identifier of the payment (we never see or store card data), the name, address and — for companies — tax number given for invoicing, and the time of your request for immediate activation.

2.1. Mobile app: permissions and push notifications

Microphone: used only during a voice call.
Camera and photos: only when you choose to take or attach a photo (e.g. a check-in, a message, your profile picture or a custom food).
Notifications: only with your permission. We send push notifications about new messages and incoming calls. They are delivered by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, and on iOS through the Apple Push Notification service. A notification may contain the sender's name and the start of the message. You can turn them off in the app (Settings → Push notifications) or in your phone's settings.
The mobile app does not run the Barion Pixel and does not use any traffic analytics.

2.2. AI assistant

Using the AI assistant is optional. When you write to it, your message and the data it reads to answer (e.g. your training plans, logs and statistics — only within your own permissions) are sent to an external AI provider that generates the reply. We choose the provider, and it may change from time to time. The provider may process the data outside the European Union (see 7). We will tell you the current provider on request.

2.3. Voice calls

Voice calls are encrypted between the two devices — sent directly, or, where the network does not allow that, through our own relay server (TURN). We do not record the audio of a call.

3.Google Drive integration (data export)

The Service offers an optional feature to export your data to your own Google Drive. It only ever runs because you connected your Google account and picked a destination folder yourself. There is no automatic background sync.

3.1. Exactly which Google data we access

We cannot see, read or list the rest of your Drive. We never request broader scopes such as drive or drive.readonly.

3.2. What gets written to your Drive

CSV exports: training plans, workout log, goals, statistics, check-in answers, nutrition plans and logs, messages — as human-readable tables.
Check-in photos, referenced by filename from the matching CSV row.
In trainer mode, the same content organised into per-client subfolders, for the clients you have an active trainer relationship with.

3.3. How we store it, and for how long

The Google refresh token (which lets the export be repeated) is stored on our servers encrypted with AES-256-GCM. It is never sent to the browser and never logged.
Your Google account email address is stored to display the connection.
Files written to your Drive remain yours to manage or delete; we keep no copy of them.
Stored Google data is deleted when you disconnect (see 3.5).

3.4. Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, transfer to third parties, use for advertising, or use for training AI/ML models any data received from Google APIs, and no staff member reads it — except where required by law, or where you yourself ask us to investigate a specific problem.

3.5. How to revoke

In the app: Settings → Disconnect Google Drive. We revoke the token with Google and delete the stored record.
From your Google account: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Deleting your account removes all stored Google data automatically.

4.Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use

5.Purpose and legal basis

Providing the Service (performance of a contract): account, training/nutrition tracking.
Running features at your explicit request (e.g. Google Drive export — consent).
Health-related data (e.g. body weight, body measurements, nutrition, progress photos): your explicit consent (GDPR Article 9(2)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by deleting the data or your account.
Push notifications and the trainer listing: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by switching them off.
Security and operations (legitimate interest): abuse prevention, debugging.
Processing the payment (performance of a contract) and issuing the invoice (legal obligation under the Hungarian VAT Act CXXVII of 2007 and Accounting Act C of 2000).

6.Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. Some data is deleted automatically earlier, after a retention period we set: old messages, message attachments, check-in photos, read notifications and sent trainer broadcasts.

You can delete your account yourself in the app (on the web and in the mobile app): Settings → Delete account, confirmed with your password. During a trial the account and your data are deleted immediately. If you have a paid period, the deletion is scheduled for the end of that period and you can cancel it until then. You can also request deletion by emailing info@fit-code.hu; we act on deletion requests without undue delay. Files already exported to your Google Drive remain yours to manage or delete in your own Drive.

After your account is deleted we keep an irreversible identifier derived from your email address for a period we set, so that if you register again your trial continues where it stopped. We do not keep the email address itself.

We keep the invoice and its billing data for 8 years as required by the Accounting Act; deleting your account does not delete them.

7.Processors

Google LLC — for the Google Drive export (within the drive.file access), if you use it; and for delivering the mobile app's push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Apple Inc. — delivering push notifications on iOS (Apple Push Notification service).
Rackhost Zrt. — the server (hosting) running the Service and sending emails.
AI provider — generating the AI assistant's replies (see 2.2). The provider may change; we will name the current one on request.
Barion Payment Zrt. (1117 Budapest, Irinyi József u. 4–20.) — payment processing; card and payment data are handled by Barion as an independent controller. Its notice: barion.com.
Billingo Technologies Zrt. — invoicing system; receives the billing details (name, address, tax number), your email address and the purchase data to issue the invoice and email it to you.

Google, Apple and the AI provider may process data outside the European Union (e.g. in the United States). Such transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

8.Barion Pixel (fraud prevention) and cookies

The website and the app used in a browser (not the mobile app) run the Base Barion Pixel, the fraud-prevention code of Barion Payment Zrt. It sends technical data about your browser and device and the address of the visited page to Barion so that Barion can screen card payments for fraud. Barion processes this data as an independent controller on the basis of legitimate interest and does not use it for marketing. Its notice: barion.com.

The Barion Pixel sets the following strictly necessary cookies:

ba_vid, ba_vid.* — visitor identifier, 1.5 years
ba_sid, ba_sid.* — session identifier, 30 minutes

These cookies serve fraud prevention and are therefore set without consent. The Barion Pixel is not loaded on pages opened from one-time links (password reset, e-mail verification, invitation).

8.1. Google Analytics

On the public pages, if you consent in the cookie bar, we measure traffic with Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to improve the site. The cookie that stores your choice lasts 180 days. You can withdraw consent at any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page.

9.Security

All traffic runs over HTTPS (TLS) end to end.
Voice calls are encrypted (WebRTC, DTLS-SRTP).
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes and cannot be reversed.
Google refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Tokens and passwords are masked in logs.

10.Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can exercise these by emailing info@fit-code.hu. You may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Hungary: NAIH).

11.Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we update the “Last updated" date above and, for substantive changes, notify you inside the application.
